Malam ni dah masak dinner seperti biasa but hopefully bolehlah upload gambar dinner malam ni. Tonite's dinner is definitely a fusion of countries and tastes. Tak tau nak kata originally from where sbb there's eastern and western influence in it. But my dishes mostly memang mcm tu, selalu tak follow the recipe 100%, tokok tambah ikut selera.


Tonite's menu was lemon, garlic and spice salt-crusted drumsticks. Punyalah panjang berjela namanya, hehehe....It's basically baked chicken drumsticks but with a mixture of lemon, garlic, lots of salt, oil and spices rubbed on it and then coated with self raising flour before baked in a hot oven until crispy. And we had it with parmesan mashed potatoes, sauteed mushroom and steamed carrots. I've never made this style of baked chicken before because of the amount of salt in the original recipe. Nak elakkan dari kena high blood pressure, I reduced the salt and added extra spices. The other half really liked it and so did the little misses. So, I guess it's going to be on the menu again in the near future.
